There is no school for this industry. People arrive from a bank branch, a field-service van, a card network or a software vendor, and pick up the rest by being on call. This is the path to hand a new hire: what the machine does, who builds it, what drives it, how a transaction gets its yes, and where the money goes afterwards. One track has video today.
